At Boxfit, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Boxfit account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment remains in its hygiene seals.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
